*Please check your temperature before leaving home. If your temperature is elevated please reschedule your appointment for at least 72 hours later. 
*Please wait in your car until the time of your appointment. We have no waiting area inside. 
*Please bring your own water or refreshments and leave in your car for after your massage. 
*Please wear a mask inside the office. 
*Please inform your therapist if you have any symptoms of COVID 19.
