Carol Duncan

Hi, I’m Carol Duncan, and welcome to Massage Central!

I originally established Massage Central in Sutherlin in 2006.

I received my original training at Cascade Institute for Massage and Body Work.
I’ve been a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) through the state of Oregon since 1997. 

Through my many years of experience, I bring to the table numerous modalities to give you the best bodywork experience.

I'm a member of ABMP and also the Sutherlin Chamber of Commerce.

Alaina Rock

Alaina Rock is a seasoned and talented massage therapist with over 9 years of experience. She has helped many people on their paths to healing through a variety of environments including chiropractic clinics and day spas.
As a mother of two herself, she loves working with expecting mothers, infants, and children.
Every massage is tailored to fit the clients individual needs. Alaina has recently completed her training in the second degree of Reiki energy healing.
